Individual Liberties and the Constitution Event

This Fall, Reedley College hosted its second annual Individual Liberties and the Constitution event on September 23rd. Four speakers presented on topics ranging from Race and the Constitution to Restoring Civil Rights to Vote. We were pleased to host Dr. Matthew Jendian, CSUF, Dr. Jerome Hunt, Long Beach Community College, Richard Burchett, Attorney at Law, and our Keynote speaker, Desmond Meade, Voters Rights Activist.

Recordings of all four presentations are available on the Individual Liberties and the Constitution FaceBook page. We hope you take the opportunity to view these when you have a moment. Each speaker has important information which will inspire you to connect with your own personal relationship to civil rights, especially your right to vote!
