Every year, Thanksgiving marks the beginning of the holiday season, which lasts until early January, just after New Years Day. This year, Thanksgiving falls on November 25th and many families have a variety of what they choose to include on their Thanksgiving Day menu.
This can range from something as traditional as mashed potatoes and gravy to something more unique or a twist on a favorite, like no-bread stuffing. Year after year, I find it difficult to come up with something amazing to bring to Thanksgiving dinner and have made it my mission to compile a list of interesting recipes to help like-minded people try out some new foods for this holiday season.
In a 2019 survey, The Harris Poll surveyed 2000 adults and found that as many as 68% of respondents declared their least favorite side dish as cranberry sauce, with green bean casserole and sweet potatoes as a close second and third. This survey is very telling and is a good reason to consider trying something new this holiday season.
